UrgeSol is an IT solutions and digital services company. We help businesses grow by building technology that works — websites, mobile apps, automation systems, and digital marketing strategies tailored to what each client actually needs.
Our team operates internationally, which means we bring cross-market experience to every project. We work with clients remotely and in person, depending on the engagement.
We work with businesses at every stage — from startups building their first digital product to established companies modernizing aging infrastructure. Our services are structured to accommodate different budget realities without compromising on quality.
The easiest way is to submit a project brief through our intake form. It takes around ten minutes and gives us enough context to respond with a meaningful first proposal within 24–48 hours. No sales call required before you see something concrete.
Yes. We are comfortable signing NDAs before substantive conversations about proprietary business details. Send us a message through the contact page and we will arrange it.
Services
We cover design (UI/UX, graphic design, 3D), web development (Laravel, WordPress, PHP, JavaScript frameworks), mobile app development (React Native, Swift, Java), e-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce), automation and AI, digital marketing and SEO, and IT consulting including data science, cyber security, and cloud services.
Yes. Having both disciplines in-house is one of the things that makes our process more reliable. Design and development working in the same team means fewer assumptions get lost in handover, and the final product behaves the way the designs intended.
Both. We build bespoke software applications in addition to websites — custom platforms, internal business tools, SaaS products, and data-processing systems. If it involves a database and a user interface, we can likely help.
Yes. We regularly take on inherited codebases, legacy systems, and projects where previous development has created problems. We will always assess the existing state honestly before recommending a path forward.
Yes. We provide technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and digital marketing services as standalone engagements and as part of larger web projects. We believe the technical foundation and the search strategy should be built together — not retrofitted after launch.
Process
Timelines depend on scope. A focused website project typically runs 3–6 weeks. Web applications and mobile apps range from 8–16 weeks depending on complexity. You will see a specific, week-by-week timeline in your proposal before anything is confirmed.
We work in four structured phases: Discovery (understanding your needs), Planning (producing a fixed-price proposal), Build (structured sprints with regular check-ins), and Support (handover and optional ongoing engagement). Every phase has clear deliverables and defined exit criteria.
As involved as you want to be, within reason. We expect feedback at regular review points — typically every two weeks — but we manage the day-to-day execution. You should never feel like project management has become your second job.
An honest account of what you are trying to achieve, what constraints you are working within, and what has been tried before. The intake form is designed to capture this in a structured way. Beyond that, we will tell you what else we need when we see it.
Changes to agreed scope are handled transparently. If a change affects cost or timeline, we discuss it before it affects anything. Small adjustments within the spirit of the original scope are generally handled without re-quoting. Significant additions go through a change request process.
Pricing
Project work is fixed-quote. After reviewing your brief, we send a proposal with a single price covering the agreed scope. That number does not change unless the scope changes. For ongoing work, we offer monthly retainer plans starting at $999/month.
No. What is in the proposal is what you pay. We do not add administration markups on third-party services or bolt on fees at the end of a project. Third-party costs (hosting, software licenses) are listed separately if applicable.
Our Services and Pricing pages include typical starting points for each type of project. For a specific number, the brief is the fastest path — it gives us what we need to be accurate rather than just optimistic.
For monthly retainer plans, we offer reduced rates for 6-month or 12-month commitments. Get in touch directly to discuss what makes sense for your situation.
For project work: a deposit at project start, milestone payments during build, and a final payment at delivery. For monthly plans: invoiced at the start of each period. Payment terms are detailed in every proposal.
Technical
Our core stack for web development is Laravel and WordPress. For mobile, we primarily use React Native for cross-platform builds, and native Swift or Java where platform-specific features are required. For automation and data work, we use Python. On the frontend, we work with Vue.js, React, and modern JavaScript. For hosting, we work across AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, and standard hosting environments.
In most cases, yes. We have connected to and extended a wide range of existing systems. We will assess the specific situation during discovery and tell you honestly if the existing architecture creates meaningful constraints.
We can manage hosting and infrastructure setup, and we can also configure things to run in an environment you already control. Our preference is always to deploy into infrastructure that you own or control, to avoid creating another dependency on us.
Security is built into our development practices, not added at the end. We follow OWASP standards, apply proper authentication and authorization patterns, parameterize database queries, and conduct a security review before any production deployment.
All web projects we deliver are fully responsive and tested across current mobile browsers. Mobile app projects are tested on real devices across iOS and Android before delivery.
Support & Ownership
You do. Full ownership of all code, designs, database structures, and assets transfers to you at project completion. We retain no rights, licenses, or ongoing dependencies over anything we produce for you.
You receive the full handover package: source code, documentation, credentials, and a recorded walkthrough. From there, you are completely self-sufficient. If you want ongoing support, our monthly retainer plans cover maintenance, updates, and continued development — but they are genuinely optional.
Yes. Every project includes a defined post-launch support window for issues that arise in production. This is included in the project scope — not charged separately. Major new features or out-of-scope changes after launch are quoted as new work.
Many of our clients move onto a monthly retainer or return for additional project phases. Either works. There is no obligation to continue, and no penalty for not doing so.
Yes, and we encourage it. The handover package is specifically designed to make that transition smooth. We write documentation for the person who will maintain the product, not for the person who built it.
